1. Access & Login Procedure

Step-by-step entry into the administrative dashboard.

1. Log In: Navigate to your profile: https://github.com/justinaquinoCSC
2. Authentication: Complete the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) check.
3. Dashboard: You will land on the Home feed: https://github.com/dashboard
4. Find the Organization:
   • Click your Profile Picture (top right corner).
   • Select Your organizations.
   • Shortcut: https://github.com/settings/organizations

2. Organization Settings (The Command Center)

This is the hub for Billing, Access, and Privileges.

  • Use this link to access Member Privileges, Billing, and Licensing.

3. Member Management (People)

How to add team members and assign roles.

How to Add a New Member:

1. Click the green Invite member button.
2. Enter the person's email address or GitHub username.
3. CRITICAL STEP: After typing the email, you must click the email address again in the dropdown list to select it before the "Invite" button becomes active.
4. Select their role (Member or Owner).

4. GitHub Copilot Management

• Topepe (Christopher Gacad): All-Repository Admin. Handles day-to-day repository maintenance.

Delegation Strategy (Students & Freelancers)

We do not give direct write access to the main repositories for temporary staff (Students/Freelancers).

1. Method: Forking.
2. Process:
   • The Student/Freelancer Forks the repository to their own account.
   • They work on their copy.
   • They submit a Pull Request (PR) to merge changes back to Comfac Global Group.
   • Why? This protects the core code from accidental deletion or errors.
